Death Threat Against Salaman Khan: Police Arrests A 16 Year Old Boy

A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for threatening to kill Bollywood star Salman Khan. He has received several death threats in recent times. The latest threat message reached the control room of the Mumbai Police on Monday night at 9 p.m.

The threat indicated that Salman Khan will be killed on April 30. The caller told the police that he is from Jodhpur, in Rajasthan, and his name is Rocky Bhai. He also introduced himself as a cow protector. Following this, the Mumbai Police registered a case and started an investigation. In the latest development related to the incident, police have reportedly taken a 16-year-old boy from Thane district into custody. The teenager, a native of Rajasthan, was arrested by the police on Tuesday. The police had earlier found out that the call came from Shahapur in Thane district. Mumbai Police nabbed the caller on these cues, according to PTI. And that the caller of the threatening call was a minor. He thinks he did it as a joke. The news agency reports, citing Mumbai police sources, that further investigation is underway. Gang leader Lawrence Bishnoi also recently issued death threats against Salman Khan. This was during an interview given to a television channel. Later, an email message containing death threats was also received on behalf of Lawrence Bishnoi's group. Due to this, the police strengthened the security in front of Salman Khan's residence in Mumbai.
