Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, one of Bollywood's most prominent couples, released Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol's book Couple Of Things. Amrita and Anmol promoted the book on Instagram with a special photoshoot in which they held the book in the same stance as Deepika and Ranveer. Amrita and Anmol's book is characterized as a straight-up romantic work. It follows the separate adventures that eventually bring them to one other. It was revealed during Valentine's Week, following the success of their YouTube show, Couple Of Things.

Amrita and Anmol dated for several years before marrying in 2016. On November 1, 2020, the couple welcomed their first child, a son named Veer. The actor was most recently featured in Nawazuddin Siddiqui's Thackeray (2019). In the film, she played Bal Thackeray's wife Meena Thackeray.
