Dhanush says he will not take up direction for three years

Dhanush is thrilled about the release of his upcoming film film Jagame Thandhiram, directed by Karthik Subbaraj. Yesterday, the film's audio was launched online . Composed by Santhosh Narayanan, the film has eight songs On the occasion of the audio launch, Karthik Subbaraj, Santhosh Narayanan, Dhanush long with lyricists and musicians took part in a Twitter Spaces session. Speaing during the session, he said, "I do have a script for direction but there isn’t enough time. Right now, all my focus is on working with talented directors like Karthik, Mari Selvaraj and Ram. In the future, we have a lot more announcements so the next three years are jam-packed. I don’t see myself directing anytime soon.”

 
Speaking about The Gray Man, he said, "I have been training for my action scenes in the US for The Gray Man for a month now. Since I couldn’t travel back-and-forth to Chennai due to the second wave of the novel coronavirus in India, I stayed put. It has been four months and I miss Chennai so much. I just want to come back home to enjoy my mom’s home-cooked food. The Gray Man shoot is going really well and I have been learning so much every single day. But I will probably be back home in the next two weeks. “
