Dhanush's ‘Naane Varuven’ May Clash With ‘Ponniyin Selvan.’

Following the success of Dhanush's latest film 'Thiruchitrambalam,' the hype around his forthcoming film 'Naane Varuven,' helmed by Selvaraghavan, has been immense in recent days, with the makers teasing the public with new posters and confirming the film will reach the screens soon. The current word is that the film's trailer will be published on September 11, and the film itself will be released on September 30.

While no official statement has been made about the film's release schedule, fans are ecstatic as word spreads on social media. It should be mentioned that filmmaker Mani Ratnam's long-awaited magnum opus 'Ponniyin Selvan 1' will also be released on September 30. 'Naane Varuven,' a thriller produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu's V Creations, starring Indhuja Ravichandran, Elli Avram, and Yogi Babu in significant roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja, the film's composer, reunites with Selvarghavan after a long absence. Interestingly, Dhanush plays two characters in the movie, while Selvaraghavan plays a significant part alongside Dhanush.
