Dhruv Vikram, son of actor Chiyaan Vikram, made his debut with Adithya Varma, which is the official Tamil remake of the Telugu blockbuster film, Arjun Reddy. The original film, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, featured Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey in lead roles. After the release of Adithya Varma, Dhruv Vikram joined hands with his father Chiyaan Vikram for Mahaan. Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, the film is currently in the post-production phase and is all set to hit the theatres later this or early next year. Apart from Mahaan, Dhruv Vikram has also signed a film promising director Mari Selvaraj.
Now, a photo of Dhruv Vikram with director Mari Selvaraj has surfaced on the internet. Reportedly, he has started preparing for his sports drama with Mari Selvaraj. According to reports, the untitled film will be based on kabaddi and set against the backdrop of a village. Dhruv will be seen playing the role of a kabaddi player in the film. The shooting of this untitled film is yet to commence. Once Dhruva completes his training session, the film will begin soon. An official announcement regarding Dhruv's film with director Mari Selvaraj will be announced in the coming months.
