Slowly, the south-Indian filmmakers are stepping forward to release their film on a pan-Indian scale, all thanks to the success of Baahubali and KGF. Now, Kannada star hero Rakshit Shetty is prepping up to take that step and releasing his next film Avane Srimannarayana in five different languages.
Ace producer Dil Raju bought the Telugu rights of the film. He will be releasing the Telugu version, titled Athade Srimannarayana across both the Telugu states on the 1st of January. The Telugu crowd has accepted KGF with open arms and it was a blockbuster over here. Dil Raju might be hoping that same is the case with Athade Srimannarayana. Even the theatrical trailer got a good response from the Telugu audience.
The Kannada version of the film will release on December 27. The Tamil and Malayalam versions will hit the screens on the 3rd of January and the Hindi Version will release on January 17, 2020. Directed by Sachin Ravi, the story of Athade Srimannarayana deals with a corrupt cop in the fictional town Amaravathi. The story takes place in the 1980s. Shaanvi Srivastava, who acted in Telugu films like Lovely, Adda, and Rowdy, played as the female lead in this film.
