As the Coronavirus pandemic continues to ravage the world filmmakers and producers have pushed all projects towards the future. John Wick Chapter 4 starring Keanu Reeves has also now postponed its release to May 2022. John Wick is a critically acclaimed action thriller film that follows the story of a deadly assassin who has come back to business. The fourth film in the franchise has hidden all information behind wraps. Director Chad Stahelski has now revealed some critical information about his work towards making the film.
In a recent interview with a popular website Stahelski has revealed that he has borrowed certain scenes from John Wick: Chapter 3- Parabellum. Stahelski said that the scenes he has added are ones that the third film in the franchise cut out to shorten the run time.
"We had a couple of overlapping thematics, and I stripped it down to the bare essentials. There were two action sequences that we had really kind of conceived, but we just didn’t have room for them. So, we pulled them from the movie," he explained. "So, we pulled them from the movie. And I’d like to think that 90 percent of what I pulled, there’s a place in John Wick 4 that I can definitely reinsert them," Stahelski added.
