Marvel has laid back in its continuous release of films and shows this year. However, it doesn't mean that it hasn't been making a buzz. WandaVision, an upcoming Disney+ plus show has been in the news lately. The show follows the story of Wanda creating an alternate reality for herself where Vision is still alive. The show is set in the 1950s and will also have certain episodes in front of a live audience. The show also created a buzz after news came out that the show will tie in with the Doctor Strange sequel.
Recent rumours about the show suggest that Nightmare, a mystical villain will face off against Wanda as the big bad in the show. Charles Murphy revealed that Nightmare will pose a threat in the show and become an even bigger threat later in the Doctor Strange sequel. The rumours seem correct as the film's director previously suggested that he wants to tackle Nightmare in a film and wants to make a semi horror film.
This will also be Marvel's first attempt at a horror film. Murphy also suggested that Nightmare has already been cast and more news will reveal about the show and later the film soon.
