Donga Teaser Talk: Another blockbuster on the block for Karthi after Khaidi movie

Kollywood star Karthi is on cloud nine with the grand success of his 'Khaidi' movie. He is all set to test his luck with another thriller 'Thambi' under the direction of 'Drishyam' fame Jeethu Joseph. Suriya's wife Jyothika is playing Karthi's sister in the film whereas Sathyaraj is playing the role of Karthi and Jyothika's father in the movie. Suriya has unveiled the first look poster of the film which received a good response and now, the makers have unveiled the teaser of the film. Nagarjuna Akkineni who acted with Karthi in Oopiri launched the teaser for the Telugu version. Suriya launched the teaser for the Tamil version.

Launching the teaser, Suriya wrote, "Another blockbuster on the way!!#DongaTeaser .... @Karthi_Offl #Jyotika #JeethuJoseph & team - https://youtu.be/W8QXo4U8GWI" The teaser introduces Karthi as a con artist who ends up involving in multiple police cases with different names. On the other side, his sister Parvathi and father, played by Satyaraj waits for him back home. Looking by the way the teaser cut shaped up, it hints that a revenge drama is in the offing. Suraj Sadanah's is turning as a producer with the film. Govinda Vasantha of '96' fame is scoring music for this film.
