Dulquer Salmaan celebrates his daughter's third birthday

Dulquer Salmaan's daughter Maryam is celebrating her third birthday today! Dulquer took to Instagram to commemorate the birthday with an adorable picture. In the photo, young Maryam is sitting on her dad's lap on a sofa. It seems like the two are having a fun time playing with all the toys that are scatted on the sofa. Dulquer Salmaan married Amal Sufiya in 2011. Maryam is the couple's first child.

Dulquer posted the photo with a heartfelt caption about how she is growing up too soon. He wrote, "Happiest birthday darling Marie. You’ve got every one of us acting your age while you insist, “I'm a big girl now!” Maybe you’re right. You’re fast growing up, speaking in full sentences now. 3 years old you’re a big girl now. Twirling in your princess dresses. Creating your own games now. Telling us stories, you’re big girl now. Walking on your own. Running now. Learning how to jump, you’re a big girl now. Slow down darling Marie, be a baby still. Like the day we saw you for the first time. Held you and heard your cries for the first time. The day they thronged the hallways, to meet an angel for the first time. Be that baby girl still, we haven't had enough. Though forever more you’re our baby. Even when the world says, she’s a big girl now. Don’t rush, darling Marie, stay our baby girl still." On the work front, Dulquer was last seen in the films Varane Avashyamundu and Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal. Both films hit the theaters in February of this year. Both films were well received by critics and audiences. He will next appear in the films - Vaan, Kurup, and Hey Sinamika. The films Vaan and Hey Sonamika are both in the filming stage and the film Kurup is in the post-production stage.
