Sometimes, actors don various hats in different departments for their films. Now, Kannada actor Duniya Vijay turned choreographer for his upcoming film Salaga. Vijay is also directing the movie. Vijay says that he had to choreograph the song as they wanted a minimal crew to be on the sets.
The song got filmed around Hanbal in Sakleshpur. It is one of the first films that got shot outdoor after the release of the lockdown. There was a minimal crew while shooting. The team has followed all the necessary safety precautions during the shoot. Speaking about the song, Vijay said that it is a romantic montage track sung by Sanjith Hegde and Aishwarya Rangarajan. The song got filmed for five days in the green and scenic landscapes across the region.
Salaga also features Dhananjay, Naga Bhushan, and Achyuth Kumar in the other key roles. KP Srikanth is bankrolling the film. Naveen Sajju is one of the music directors of the film. Speaking in an interview with The Times of India, Naveen said that he is composing two of the four songs in the movie. One of them is Sanjana I Love You. Naveen stated that he shares a good rapport with Vijay. The camaraderie between them results in coming up with good tracks.
