On the occasion of World Music Day, singer Armaan Malik gets talking about the importance of music in his life. The singer-songwriter who's known for stealing the hearts of many with some of his melodious tracks like Jab Tak (MS Dhoni), Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahun, Chale Aana, etc, says that music is "as essential as O2 (Oxygen) and H2O (Water)" to him. "Music is something that breathes life into every second of my day, it’s essential like H2O and O2 for me, I cannot survive without it. God bestows musical talent to very few individuals and I’m blessed to have received this talent, " said the 24-year old singer.

The singer-songwriter also released his latest track titled 'next 2 me', which tunes the feeling of missing your loved ones, especially during this lockdown period. Armaan further claims how music has a therapeutic property of healing someone. "I also think music has the power to heal. It’s therapeutic. It acts as a medicine. It always helps no matter what you’re going through, " he added. His song 'next 2 me' is followed by his English language track called 'Control' which grabbed more than 35 million views on his YouTube channel.
