Malayalam actor Fahadh Faasil is on a roll with some prestigious projects in his kitty. He was last seen Trance where he got applauded for his spectacular performance. The film was not received well at the box-office but will remain as a cult film in the actor’s career. Fahadh is gearing up for his next titled as Malik. Helmed by Mahesh Narayanan, ‘Malik’ is a political thriller, the story discusses the increasing land acquisition cases, especially in the sensitive coastal areas of Kerala. Fahadh will appear in different looks as he will be portraying four phases of life of Sulaiman from ages 20 to 60. Fahadh’s character is designed on a real-life person who passed away in 1986.
Contrary to this Fahadh is Coming up with a fun-filled role in Akhil’s untitled film. Reportedly, the actor will be essaying a role that has a huge scope for humor. He is playing the middle-class Malayali youth who is settled in Mumbai. The plot revolves around how his character connects a young girl and an older woman who are on their journey to Kerala and then to Goa. The unit has already shot for a few portions and Fahadh will join the team soon, after the country comes out of the Coronavirus outbreak.
According to the sources the film has three female leads. Sethu Mannarkad of Full Moon Cinema is producing the film. Justin Prabhakar of Dear Comrade fame id composing the music. While Saran Velayudhan is handling the camera department. Apart from story and direction, Akhil Sathyan is also editing the film.
