On Sunday, filming for Fahadh Faasil's newest movie, "Dhoomam," began. The 'U Turn' famed director Pawan Kumar is directing the film, 'Dhoomam. The movie is being made by Hombale Films, of KGF and Kantara fame. The Hombale Films took to Twitter to share pictures from the Pooja of 'Dhoomam'.
In the movie, National Award winner Aparana Balamurali will appear alongside Fahadh. The movie "Dhoomam," will be released in Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu. It is billed as a thriller. The film was mainly filmed in Kerala and Karnataka. Dhoomam will have a summer release as per reports.
Producer Vijay Kiragandur said, "'We are delighted with our association with Fahadh and Aparna. Dhoomam has a unique storyline which is different from all the genres of traditional cinema. Director Pawan Kumar has worked on the script for several months and we believe this is going to cause frenzy among the fans. We are very excited for this upcoming movie with a solid cast and crew by our side."
Achyut Kumar, Joy Mathew, Dev Mohan, Anu Mohan, and Nandhu all play significant roles in the film. Poornachandra Tejaswi will compose the soundtrack for the film. The renowned cinematographer Preetha Jayaram will handle the photography. Anees Nadodi for Production Design and Poornima Ramaswamy for Costume Design are also been enlisted for the intriguing project. Both are recipients of national awards. The movie's title was revealed in an aggressive poster that the directors unveiled last month. The creators claim that the movie will be a raunchy, action-packed thriller with a compelling story.
