Fans and celebrities pay tribute to legendary Indian filmmaker Dr D Ramanaidu on his fifth death anniversary

Daggubati Ramanaidu was one of the most renowned Indian film producers. He was the founder of Suresh Productions and even won the Guinness Book of World Records for the most films produced by an individual. Today marks his death anniversary and social media is paying the tribute to the legendary filmmaker.
 
Dr. D Ramanaidu has bankrolled more than 150 films in 13 different Indian languages. In January 2014, Ramanaidu got diagnosed with prostate cancer breathed his last on 18 February 2015 at the age of 78 in Hyderabad. Probably, he is one of the few producers in the Indian film industry who made movies in more than 5 languages which is a great achievement, undoubtedly.
 
Today is the fifth death anniversary of the legendary filmmaker. A lot of fans and admirers within the industry also remembered the legendary person today.
 
Ramanaidu won the Padma Bhushan award in recognition for his contribution to Indian cinema. He also conferred with the Dada Saheb Phalke Award. He is also the winner of the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award in the South.
