As the role is a physically taxing one Akhtar has gone a step ahead of what is required just like always. Earlier this year Akhtar shared a poster of his film where he is seen with a shredded body as he flings a punch in the air. Fans have been excited about the film's release ever since the poster first dropped.
The filmmakers have also confirmed that Toofan is not going to change its release date. The film is all set to drop across thousands of theatres in India on 18 September 2020.
