During a recent news conference, Rakhi Sawant was charged with using offensive language and material. Sherlyn Chopra, who submitted the FIR, also mentions Rakhi's lawyer. Sherlyn and Rakhi, according to reports, have both filed FIRs against each other.
“FIR registered against actress Rakhi Sawant & adv Falguni Brahmbhatt under multiple sections of IPC & IT Act on a complaint of an actress. The complainant alleges that the 2 showed an objectionable video of her during a press conference & used objectionable language: Mumbai Police,” ANI had tweeted. This lawsuit arose when Rakhi and the Lawyer exhibited purported pornographic videos of Sherlyn Chopra.
Rakhi Sawant has also charged Sherlyn Chopra with a crime. Rakhi claims in her lawsuit that Sherlyn accused her of having many lovers in a video shared by the latter. Rakhi informed officers that Sherlyn made derogatory remarks about her and used aggressive language. Rakhi had already launched a defamation suit against Sherlyn Chopra. Both actresses have been loggerheads for quite some time.
