It has been seventeen years since the last episode of the popular American sitcom FRIENDS aired on television. The show has done nothing but grown each year in terms of its popularity and love among the audience all over the globe. This is why the news of their reunion special has left them feeling nostalgic. Ahead of the release, the trailer of the show has been dropped by the official handle of the show and it sees all the six friends getting a reunion and revisiting their old memories.
Ross, Rachel, Phoebe, Chandler, Monica and Joey enact some of their iconic scenes from the show. "17 pages front and back," exclaims Jennifer Anniston, remembering the time she wrote a letter to Ross asking him to take the blame for their breakup. Jennifer Anniston also shares her experience of almost rejecting the show when someone told her it wouldn't work for her career. Not just this, we see some glimpses of the guest appearance of popular artists. The stage for the episode is transformed into the theme of 'Central Perk', a coffee house where all of them had their morning fix of coffee and chat.
Phoebe aka Lisa Kudrow also reveals that everytime she watches the series, she laughs so hard because everyone else's performance is so good in it. Ross aka David Schwimmer says that he feels that the cast of FRIENDS couldn't be any better than this. The special episode will air on HBO Max on May 27th.
