Government Confers Padma Shri To Raveena Tandon And MM Keeravaani

Raveena Tandon, MM Keeravaani, Padma ShriThe Indian government has awarded Padma Shri, to actor Raveena Tandon and music composer MM Keeravaani. The award ceremony took place at the Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi. President Draupadi Murmu presented the honors. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah were also present at the event. Raveena received the award in a beautiful golden saree, while MM Keeravaani donned an all-black outfit.

The Padma Awards cover several categories. They include art, social work, public affairs, science, and engineering. Trade and industry, medicine, literature and education, sports, and civil service are also included. They were announced earlier this year. There is a total of 106 recipients. MM Keeravaani, also known as MM Kreem, is a veteran of the film industry. He has composed music for several Bollywood films, including Baahubali, Sur, Jism, and Paheli. He took to Twitter to express his gratitude for the honor and paid tribute to his parents and mentors.
