Grey's Anatomy team donates masks, gloves and gowns to first responders

The coronavirus pandemic has pushed the entire world into a crisis. More than four lakh people got infected with this virus globally. Around 20,000 of them have lost their lives. The vaccine to cure it is yet to get discovered. People are staying at home and trying to curb the spread of the virus. On the flip side, doctors are working 24*7 to help us get out of this crisis. But there is a shortage of equipment and the facilities. Thus, many celebrities and industrialists are doing their bit to help the government in getting good medical equipment. Meanwhile, the team of popular television show Grey's Anatomy has donated gloves and gown to first responders.

Grey's Anatomy is a wide-appreciated TV show which revolves around a bunch of surgical interns. While speaking to an American Radio Channel, the show's executive producer Krista Vernoff said that they have donated masks to the local fire station. She said that they had about 300 N95 masks which they thought would be useful for the people now. They also had a stock of gloves and gowns, which they have donated as well. Apart from donating, the team is doing its bit by stopping the shoot and staying at home. Not only the team of Grey's Anatomy, but many other celebrities are announcing funds for the development of medical equipment. Chinese industrialist Jack Ma pledged to donate emergency supplies to 10 South-East Asian countries and 24 Latin American countries.
