Hansika Motwani Responds To Criticism That She Used Private Moments For A Reality Show: Let Them Keep Talking. It Doesn’t Matter To Me

Actress Hansika Motwani has responded to criticism that she picked her private wedding rituals to be captured on camera for a reality show. Hansika claimed in a recent interview that the criticism "doesn't matter" to her. The wedding of Hansika and Sohael Khaturiya, which took place in December of last year, was a lavish event.

Later, she revealed that a reality show called Hansika's Love Shaadi Drama will be created to document the celebrations. The show depicts everything that occurred from the moment she decided to marry Sohael up until the perfect day.

Hansika told Indian Express, “Let them keep talking. It doesn’t matter to me. It’s really okay. I know it’s coming from my heart and it’s legit reality.” She further stated that she intended to get married at the age of 24, but was unable to do so due to work. “Then I decided it will happen when it has to happen. There was also no pressure on me to get married. But I think Sohael lost patience and told me now we should get married. He decided on that big proposal so that I would be like, chalo, let’s go for it.”

Hansika recently ended her silence after being accused of ending Sohael's first marriage. She responded to the accusations on the first episode of the reality show by saying, "It's the price for being a celebrity." Recently, it was revealed that Hansika had attended Sohael's former wedding to her friend Rinky, to whom he had previously been married.

On the broadcast, Hansika claimed, "Just because I knew the person at that time doesn't mean it was my fault. I have nothing to do with this. Because I am a public figure, it was very easy for people to point at me and make me the villain. This was a price I pay for being a celebrity." Every Friday, Hansika's Love Shaadi Drama is shown on Disney+ Hotstar.

On December 4 at the Mundota Fort and Palace in Jaipur, Rajasthan, Hansika, and Sohael exchanged their vows. Their wedding celebrations were held in private.

Hansika made her television debut in the kid's show Shaka Laka Boom Boom. Koi Mil Gaya, a 2003 film starring Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta, was her next role. In the 2007 Telugu film Desamuduru directed by Puri Jagannadh, she made her acting debut.
