After the success of Gaddalakonda Ganesh, director Harish Shankar is yet to start his next project. He has announced his next film with Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. This marks the reunion of the duo, after the 2012 blockbuster Gabbar Singh. Earlier, Harish planned to launch the film in the second half of this year. But the coronavirus pandemic has ruined his plans. Pawan is yet to finish his ongoing projects Vakeel Saab and an untitled film with Krish. Thus, Harish's film may go on the floors next year. The director is now planning to make another film which will get done in a short time. He will not be directing it but will work as a producer. The latest industry grapevine suggests that Harish is planning to bankroll a film soon along with star producer Bunny Vaas.
According to the sources, this project will get helmed by newcomer Deepak Reddy. Apparently, both Harish and Bunny Vaas liked the story narrated by Deepak. They felt that it will get done soon and thus, gave a green signal to the project. Bunny Vaas is best-known for producing films like Geeta Govindham and Prathi Roju Pandaage. An official announcement of this project will be out soon.
On the flip side, Harish is making final changes to the script of Pawan's movie. He wants to use this break-time to work more on it. The film is being bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music of it.
