Unni Mukundan recently came across a profile on a dating site which used his picture. The actor was taken by shock to see a person named Cherry using one of his selfies in their profile. Using Unni Mukundan’s selfie, the person created a profile on a popular dating site. In the screenshot shared by the actor, the profile reads:

Indian, Speaks English, Graduation, Drinks sometimes
Looking for women for short and long term dating, hookups and new friends.

Somebody must have found it and alerted the star. A screenshot of the fake profile along with the caption: “Somebody just used @iamunnimukundan's pic on a dating site and I can't stop laughing! And of course, Cherry doesn't suit the personality,” shared by Unni Mukundan.
Then Mukundan himself took to addressing the issue. In the caption for the post, he wrote. “Just in case someone bumps into this account, lemme keep it straight that it’s not me cos m no more 25,Neither a graduate, m not yet crazy, not yet there for these long and short term dating programme, and a lot more or those details don’t sum me up and My name is Not Cherrry ! #GetALife #NoMoreSelfies4Sure (sic).”
On the professional front, Unni Mukundan recently received a great acclaim for his performance in Mammootty-starrer period drama ‘Mamangam’. Now reports doing the rounds state that the actor has joined the set of his next project 'Meppadiyan'.
