Hrithik Roshan, who was last seen in Vikram Vedha, has always had an incredible body that has had his female fans fawning over him for years. The celebrity continued his wellness routine and told Kris Gethin, a personal trainer, about it. The latter has also trained Junior Roshan to develop the great physique that Hrithik speaks of. In a recent podcast, the Krrish actor discussed his physical transformation while filming the action entertainer War. He also discussed how his obsession with perfection drove him to the verge of depression and gave him the feeling that he "was about to die."
In a podcast interview with celebrity fitness trainer Kris Gethin, he discussed how his strict and demanding training regimen wrecked his health while he was filming War. "I feel as light and as fast as our last transformation. I thought I was dying when I was doing War. I wasn't prepared for the film and I was up against a really big challenge. I was trying to achieve perfection for which I wasn't ready. After the film, I went into adrenaline fatigue. For 3-4 months, I couldn't train and wasn't feeling good. I was almost on the verge of depression. I was completely lost and that's when I knew I needed to make a change in my life."
For the uninitiated, Hrithik Roshan played a spy in the movie War. Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor both played prominent roles in the Siddharth Anand-helmed movie. In the same interview, the actor admitted that the most important thing he has learned is that in order to retain physical fitness, he must adapt it and make it a part of his lifestyle, which he must continue to do regardless of the films and parts he plays in real life.
Regarding his current projects, Hrithik Roshan's upcoming film Fighter will feature him as an Air Force pilot. The movie is set for release on January 25, 2024. He will act alongside Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, and others.
