From the past few days, we have been hearing rumors that Ronnie Screwala's RSVP movies banner is all set to come up with the biopic on tennis star Sania Mirza. In the trend of biopics in Bollywood, this is another addition to the list.
While talking with the media, Sania Mirza has confirmed the same. The only Indian woman to win the Grand Slam title in doubles has been participating in some meetings with the directors and that is why she is still in Mumbai. "It is still in the initial stages. Anybody who has followed my career knows that I wear my heart on my sleeves. It's exciting for me to be able to tell my story to the people," said Sania Mirza. "A lot of people can relate to the hard work that goes into making an athlete. We all work hard. But, When you are up to play a sport, you can actually work through sweat and blood," added Sania Mirza.
The 33-year-old also added that a lot of sports personalities including her came from a humble background from having almost nothing to becoming a huge champion and their stories are very relatable for the people.
