On the late actor Sridevi's death anniversary, people close to her remembered her for her excellence, whether it was as a mother or as a fine actress. Sridevi's English Vinglish co-star Adil Hussain told a leading entertainment website about his emotions and said, "I miss her absolutely. I miss her presence on the Indian screen after she came back with English Vinglish, which definitely cannot be fulfilled by anybody else at all. It's a feeling of a void, but I have accepted that she is not there anymore. That’s the only way I can put it I guess."
Talking about his experience of working with the late actress, Adil added, "First of all I was very new to the Hindi film world. I was just two or three films old, and she was probably 300th film old, but the way she treated me, respected me and had an amazing sort of affection for my work whatever I had done, is very rare. Generally actors of that stature don’t really bother about newcomers, but she had been exceptionally affectionate and respectful." Whether he would collaborate with Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor and her daughter Janhvi Kapoor, Hussain said, "We were supposed to do a project together with Sridevi’s daughter Janhvi, but it hasn’t was yet taken off. It would have been wonderful though." Stay tuned with us for more latest updates on Bollywood.
