The Prithviraj-starrer Kaduva is getting ready for release. Promotion is going on in many cities, including foreign countries, for the action thriller film. Kaduva is available in five languages, including Malayalam. Prithviraj is answering whether Malayalam is being brought to the Pan-Indian level through this.
Prithviraj's response was in the press conference held as part of Kaduva's promotion. The question of the journalist was whether Kaduva is coming to the Pan Indian level as the actor himself is going everywhere to promote it.
"I cannot claim to have started this. Dulquer did this for Kurup before me. Dulquer went to every city to promote Kurup. Kurup and Dulquer got the benefit of it. That one movie happened like that. And then it stopped. I think this should be a rule now.
Whether it is Kaduva or Jana Gana Mana, it is dubbed in all five languages. This is to give the option to those watching this movie on OTT platforms. You can choose either subtitle. Or you can choose your favorite audio track. I wonder why that option is not given in theatres.
We need to tell people at the national level that our film is coming. So a norm should come. It has to have a start. All upcoming big movies should be released like this. Not just my movies. At least big movies in Malayalam should be released like this;" said Prithviraj.
