I never thought I'd become an actress: Manushi Chillar

Manushi Chhillar who won Miss World 2017 is finally going to make her Bollywood debut with Akshay Kumar starer much-awaited film Prithviraj. Chandraprakash Dwivedi is helming this big-budget period drama. When the announcement about her debut in the movie industry, especially in Bollywood with Akshay Kumar came out, there were a lot of buzzes. Finally, she is happy now to come up with an interesting project that has got a unique subject.

The movie is about the life story of 12th century King Samrat Prithviraj Chauhan. Akshay Kumar is playing the role of Prithviraj and Manushi is playing the role of his wife Sanyogita in the movie. The actress recently shot a song for the film. “I really loved the experience of shooting my first ever song. It is really memorable and also a huge learning experience for me. I even got overwhelmed as it was the first time I was doing this," said Manushi. “I have never thought I would become an actor. But, I am enjoying the process of exploring all the aspects of being an actress and I am also learning so much in the process" added Manushi. The historical drama will hit the screens during Diwali this year.
