I Was Happier That I Could Go To London For Shooting Rather Than Acting With Mohanlal, Nithya Menen Opens Up

Nithya Menen said that her desire was not to become an actress but to study the camera. In 1998, Nithya came to the acting field by acting as a child actor in the English film "Hanuma”n. Nithya came to Malayalam cinema as Mohanlal's heroine in the 2008 film Akasha Gopuram.

Nithya Menen has openly said that she was happier to go to London for shooting than to act with Mohanlal. The offer to "Akasha Gopuram" came while studying in school. My dream of that day was not to become an actress but to study photography.

“I was happier that I could go to London for shooting rather than acting with Mohanlal. Then, acting became more like a hobby. Every time a movie comes out, I think, I should stop doing this too. The assignment of awaiting judgment is another. At one point, I realized that this is my career,” says Nithya Menen.

Nithya Menen added that she wants to act in many films. “It's only been a few years since that happened. Sometimes it is wrong to say when. There is a big dream in my career now. In many languages, many characters have to be played. Be involved in good movies,” added Nithya Menen.
