Aishwarya Arjun is the daughter of popular actor Arjun Sarja. She shot to fame in Tamil and Kannada films with movies like Pattathu Yaanai and Prema Baraha. Now, Aishwarya is all set to make her Telugu debut. Moreover, this film is being directed by her father Arjun himself. That makes it a special debut for the young actress in Tollywood. The actress says that she never takes the pressure of her father's stardom. She tries to follow in his footsteps and see if audiences accept her with open arms.
Aishwarya spoke recently to Times of India regarding her Telugu debut. After Prema Baraha, Aishwarya has been getting a lot of offers and in the process, she landed up with her maiden Telugu project. She stated that it was a conscious decision to venture into Telugu cinema. The actress believes that cinema is going global now and the language barriers are getting blurred with every passing day. Aishwarya is also learning Telugu to pull off her role in an authentic way. She says that it is not that difficult as the dialect is similar to Tamil.
Arjun is also happy that his daughter is entering into the Telugu film industry. The actor has also penned the script of this film. He said Telugu cinema has always given him immense respect and he would like his daughter to carve her own niche in Tollywood. Speaking about the film, Arjun said that it is not a female-oriented subject. However, he confirmed that it is a strong script which gives Aishwarya and leads the hero a chance to showcase their acting skills.
