Popular music composer RP Patnaik needs no introduction to the people in Telugu states and also the music lovers. RP Patnaik is currently working very hard now to regain the success that he once had. Recently, news broke out in the media that KIA Motors is not going to continue the operations in the Amaravathi region but the company stated that it is false. RP Patnaik is one of those who try to tell that the media is not doing their job. Yet again, taking this as an opportunity, he tried to tell how media is not presenting the facts. A lot of people disagreed with him and then, he sent a final clarification on this issue by issuing the following statement.
The following is his statement on the issue.
I still stand on my statement on Kia motors.
My statement on the too much enthusiasm of some channels in the media and some people in social media (on Kia) trying to prove fake news as true. I condemned and my statement confined to only media and social media and not targeting any political party. I have been criticizing the media's mistakes whenever I get time. So was that. I had to delete that comment as that hurt the sentiments of some party followers.
Some said I was against TDP and pro-YCP as I did some ad films to AP govt. Please don't come to conclusions like Kia motor's fake news.
I had access to CBN garu to meet him without even any appointment when he was the CM, that's what my association with him. On the other side, I've never met CM Jagan Garu till today. I will post a pic when I meet him for the first time. I don't belong to any party nor I support any political party for numerous reasons.
People are asking why am I not reacting to every issue. Let me clarify that.
Let's assume I react on Amaravathi issue, if I react in favor of farmers- one sect will stamp me as TDP man if I react in favor of 3 capitals another sect will stamp me as YCP man. I don't want to lose the people from any side by supporting any political issue, because people have given me this stage without any caste, religion, region or political bias. I don't want to lose any of them who love me (no matter which political party they belong to).
I shared a video of Kinjarapu Ram Mohan Naidu because his voice in the parliament for the welfare of the AP state was strongly raised. That doesn't mean that I supported TDP, I supported the voice of a leader.
As far as Kia motor thing concerned, to shift a company which invested in billions and have not even started their initial marketing is not that easy. That is a basic thought for anyone having the smallest practical knowledge. So the people in social media and Some other TV medias believing fake news and trying to spread that irritated people like me. Some people even said I'm shameless for condemning the fake news. Who is shameless, the one who believed fake news or the one who condemned fake news? Leaving it to you. If you can't prove me wrong at least don't try to prove yourself right."
RP Patnaik is currently busy with his upcoming production venture. Also, he has some events on hand.
