Jana Gana Mana, directed by Dijo Jose Antony, is a film that has recently caught the attention of the entire country. The film starred Prithviraj, Suraj Venjaramood, and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles. Director Dijo played the role of a college professor in the film as well. In an interview, Dijo talks about how he came to act in the scene.

"I didn't write it thinking I would act in it. I appeared as a professor in a song in Queen too. I thought it would be fun, so I did it myself. This is a serious program. The scene is already in the script. Basically, the movie is not in Kerala, it is outside.

There should be a protest from Kerala. There needs to be a scene for that to happen. We wrote two or three scenes like that. All of that came to this scene in the end. After writing it, I felt it was good. If a star is brought in for that role, it will be as if the scene was written just for that.

Apart from that Prithviraj is there, Surajetan is there, Mamta is there and all the stars are there. That scene worked. Somehow this was done;" said Dijo.

Jana Gana Mana is a film directed by Dijo Jose Antony after Queen. Sharis Mohammad is the screenwriter for the film. Jana Gana Mana is a movie that talks about contemporary politics in India.
