Popular writer Chinni Krishna, who wrote films like Samara Simha Reddy, Indra, and Narasimha Naidu, has turned as a producer now. He announced his maiden production venture the other day, called Kingfisher. Popular film personalities Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, Vijayendra Prasad and B. Gopal have graced this event.
"We know the hardships of a producer. That is the reason why we never produced a film. I got surprised by Chinni Krishna's move. Hope he introduces young talent to the industry," said Paruchuri Gopala Krishna.
"Chinni Krishna has given me blockbuster like Narasimha Naidu. I wish him all the best," said B. Gopal. Director Bobby said that he is in this position only because of Chinni Krishna. Vijeyendra Prasad also wished Chinni Krishna all the luck.
Speaking at the event, Chinni Krishna said, "I went to Chennai from Tenali for the love of cinema. I worked there under Bhagyaraja sir. I was an Ekalavya protege for Sujatha Rangarajan. After that, Paruchuri Brothers and B. Gopal have encouraged me a lot."
