Yogi Babu, who has recently played the lead in a number of films, will star alongside actress Ineya in a new movie titled Thookudurai. Dennis Manjunath, who previously collaborated with the actor on the thriller Trip, directs the film.
According to the director, the film will be a family entertainment with a tale that spans three-time eras. "The plot centers around the descendants of a prestigious royal family and their problem." We have two time periods, one in the nineteenth century and one in 1999. "Ineya plays a girl of this royal lineage, while Yogi Babu plays an operator of traveling talkies," explains the filmmaker about the film's plot.
In this film, Motta Rajendran, Bala Saravanan, Mahesh, Sendraayan, Marimuthu, and Namo Narayanan play supporting roles, with music by newcomer KS Manoj. The film's shooting has concluded, and the crew is now working on post-production.
