A Grievance Redressal Cell has been set up on the set of Biju's "Adrishya Jalakangal ". Dr. Biju himself was informed about this through social media. He notes that it is important for the film industry to become more women-friendly and that, in general, ICC is formed during shooting, but a film starts with its pre-production and ICC is formed from that stage.
"It is very important that workplaces in the film. There are very few movie sets that have a grievance redressal cell. We are happy to inform you that the Internal Complaint Committee has been formed for the movie "Adrishya Jalakangal." Generally, an Internal Complaints Committee is formed only during the shooting of the film. But a film starts in the pre-production period itself. So, unlike the existing method, we are forming this internal committee right from the pre-production stage of the film. Thanks to producers Ellenar Films, Maitri Movie Makers and Tovino Thomas Productions. Let Malayalam cinema change to new habits," wrote Dr. Biju.
The ICC is chaired by Nimisha Sajayan. Adv. Asalatha is an external member. Madhumita, Animol, and Eldo Selvaraj are also members of the Grievance Redressal Cell. Tovino Thomas, Indrans, and Nimisha Sajayan are playing lead roles in "Adarshiya Jalakangal ".
Grammy Award winner Ricky Cage is composing the music for the film. The film is produced by Radhika Lav under the banner of Ellaner Films. Tovino Thomas Productions and Maitri Movie Makers are also involved in the production.
