Is everything okay with Rishi Kapoor's health?

Veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor is not keeping well over the past few months. He got diagnosed with cancer and got treated in the USA for several months last year. He came back to India recently and started shooting for his new projects.

But unfortunately, Kapoor fell sick once again when he was shooting recently in Delhi for his upcoming film Sharmaji Namkeen. Due to the air pollution in the city, Kapoor fell ill and he was immediately admitted to the hospital. The fans were quite worried about his health bu Kapoor took on social media to clarify everything.

He wrote, "Dear family, friends, foes, and followers. I have been overwhelmed by all your concern about my health. Thank you. I have been filming in Delhi past 18 days and because of the Pollution and my low count of neutrophils, I caught an infection whereby I had to be hospitalized."

"I was running a slight fever and on the investigation, Dr.s found a patch which could have lead to pneumonia, was detected and is being cured. People seem to have assumed a lot differently. I put to rest all those stories and look forward to entertaining and love you. I am now in Mumbai," added Kapoor.

Rishi Kapoor has also signed the Hindi remake of Hollywood film The Intern, which features Deepika Padukone as the lead.
