Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have released the trailer for the upcoming movie Brahmastra. The film is set to release in theaters on September 9. The trailer of the film, set in the Fantasy genre has VFX similar to high-budget Hollywood films.

 
Ayan Mukherjee is the director of 'Brahmastra Part One: Shiva'. Ayan directs the film after Yeh Jawaani Hai Diwani which released in 2013. The film Brahmastra is set to release on September 9.
 
The trailer of the movie was prepared with VFX footage which includes fiery figures, arrows, and bows of supernatural powers.
 
Some have hailed the trailer as a marvel-level visual experience. Audiences tweeted that this is the first VFX of its kind in India and that Bollywood will reach another level with Brahmastra.
 
The released trailer features every prominent character in the film. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, Dimple Kabaddi, and Mauni Roy in other important roles. Star Studios and Dharma Productions together produced the film Brahmastra. The movie will have it is released in Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Telugu languages.
 
According to reports, the film is being made at a cost of Rs 300 crore. The south Indian distribution rights for the film Brahmastra has acquired by director SS Rajamouli. Rajamouli will release the film in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
 
Karan Johar announced 'Brahmastra' on Twitter in 2017. The film will have three parts. Earlier, it was reported that Shah Rukh Khan will be making a guest appearance in the film.
 
Earlier, actor Ranbir had said that Brahmastra is not like a superhero movie or a Marvel movie. Ranbir has said that the film cannot be included in any genre.
 
"This is not like a Marvel film. In its genre, it is very original. We can't compare 'Brahmastra' to any film made around the world. I am a big movie watcher and I have seen every film that is out there. There is no reference to this film;” said, Ranbir Kapoor.
