Recently, she posted a video clip on social media in which she spoke about Superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming film Darbar. In the video, Shriya said, "Commissioner Aditya Arunasalam is coming to take charge of Mumbai Police on the 9th of January, 2020. It is a very special movie. I visited the set to see the shoot. I have worked with Rajini sir before. It is going to be a kickass film and I can't wait to watch it."
These words are Shriya are now raising the speculations on whether she is a part of the film or not. While some say that she played a cameo, the others say that she just visited the sets and is only promoting the film. Anyways, we have to wait for four more days to know the truth. Darbar is hitting the screens on January 9, 2020.
