“It Seems Like They Only Watched The Intimate Scene From The Teaser, After Watching The Whole Movie And Reaching Its Climax, The Audience Goes Into A Different Mood;” says Durga Krishna about the new film Udal.

Malayalam actor Durga Krishna talks about her role in the new film Udal. Durga Krishna says that the film ‘Udal’got the 'A' certificate not because of the sexual content but because of the violence. Durga Krishna added that after the release of the film, all who saw the film were talking about the whole film and not about the intimate scenes.

Durga Krishna says that she gets tagged in social media with a lot of people sharing screenshot of intimate scenes.

“This is an 'A' certified film. The violence is terribly high. But many people say 'A' film is different. That is, they mean ‘A’ film is like a blue film. Then they take screenshots of shots of an intimate scene shown in a very short length in the movie teaser and I get tags on social media;” said Durga Krishna.

Durga Krishna added that there was a lot of criticism about the scene in the teaser, but that changed when the film got released.

“There was a lot of criticism about this scene when the teaser came out. It seems that all the critics noticed only that in the teaser. But now my happiness is that after the movie came out, their talk was about the movie, not the scene. After watching the movie, you know how important this scene is. After watching the whole movie and reaching its climax, the audience goes into a different mood;” added Durga Krishna.

The film ‘Udal’ released on may 20th. The film is getting good response from critics and filmgoers alike. The film is getting praises especially for the violence shown in the film.
