It's Official! Thalapathy Vijay To Join Hands With Vamshi Paidipally

Thalapathy Vijay was last seen in director Lokesh Kanagaraj's Master, which was released in theatres early this year. It is safe to say that Master is one of the highest grosser this year. Soon after Master's release, Thalapathy Vijay began shooting for his upcoming film with director Nelson Dilipkumar. On Vijay's birthday this year, June 22, the makers announced that the film has been titled Beast. Of late, there have been reports doing the rounds that Vijay has been in talks with producer Dil Raju and director Vamshi Paidipally for a film. However, the makers did not confirm the project officially.

On September 26, Dil Raju and Shirish's Sri Venkateswara Creations made their next project official. Vamshi Paidipally will be directing a commercial entertainer. The production house's statement read, "With immense pleasure and happiness, we at Sri Venkateswara Creations announce our first ever Tamil film with Thalapathy Vijay. We are extremely excited about this much-anticipated project and could not have asked for a better beginning than being associated with Thalapathy Vijay. This will for sure be a proudest project for us (sic)." Soon, the makers will announce the title, cast, and crew.
