Actor Jaggesh has previously appeared as a judge on the popular comedy show Comedy Khiladigalu. The show’s third season concluded earlier this year. Viewers have been anticipating a fourth season. Jaggesh has just announced that he will return to judge the fourth season as well. Comedy Khiladigalu is a reality show wherein participants put on comedy skits.
Sandalwood’s Navarasa Nayaka Jaggesh was working on his film Totapuri. Due to the COVID-19 Lockdown, the film’s shooting and released has halted. Totapuri also stars actors Aditi Prabhudeva and Dhananjaya in pivotal roles. The film is being directed by newcomer Vijay Prasad. “We had around 20 days of shoot left and were set on finishing it, but had to postpone the schedule owing to the current situation,” he says about the Vijay Prasad directorial debut.
Jaggesh has stated that he will begin working on his next film Ranganayaka after the COVID-19 crisis eases out. Ranganayaka, will mark his third collaboration with filmmaker Guruprasad, after Mata and Eddelu Manjunatha. The shooting for Ranganayaka will start on April 2nd, 2020 if things are back to normal by then. “It is a film that I am quite excited about. We have erected a massive set of a palace in Bengaluru, where a little more than half of the film will be shot at," says Jaggesh. The film might be a period drama.
Jaggesh has said that he is looking forward to Comedy Khiladigalu Season 4. "Yogaraj Bhat and Rakshitha joining me once again in the judges’ seats,” he adds.
