On September 2nd of this year, Pawan Kalyan celebrated his 51st birthday with nothing less than a festival. On September 1, 2022, a special screening of his action-comedy Jalsa from 2008 was held to mark the event. The audience responded incredibly well to the laughter ride. The special shows have helped the movie bring in a total of 3.20 crore. A percentage of the earnings will be given to the families of farmers who have passed away in addition to the donation of this sum to Janasena.
Jalsa introduced the practice of producing a project's first look poster. Ileana, Parvati Melton, Kamalinee Mukerji, Mukesh Rishi, and Prakash Raj played major roles in the Trivikram Srinivas-helmed project. Devi Sri Prasad contributed the soundtrack for the movie, which was funded by Allu Aravind under the Geetha Arts label.
For those who are unfamiliar, Jalsa portrays the story of Sanjay, a young guy who had a difficult upbringing and ultimately joined an extremist group. As a police officer seeks to lead Sanjay along a better path, his daughter develops feelings for Sanjay. The movie's initial release took place in 2008.
Next up comes Krish Jagarlamudi's Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which will feature Pawan Kalyan in an action-oriented role. The release date for this eagerly anticipated action drama is set for March 30th, 2023. A recent preview of the movie "Power Glance" from the creators also provided some background on the lead character. In Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Nidhhi Agerwal, Arjun Rampal, and Nargis Fakhri will all play significant roles.
