The lockdown due to the Coronavirus has left people stuck at home for over a month. While Bollywood celebs take to making constant social media updates for fans, some seem to really enjoy their time. Janhvi Kapoor
made her sister Khushi Kapoor the subject of trying out her homemade dishes. She took to her Instagram stories to show everyone Khushi’s reaction to her banana with toffee sauce. The caption read, “Subtle rejection of my banana with toffee sauce.” In the video, Khushi seems confused as she attempts to like Janhvi’s dish and after some prodding by Janhvi she says. “Can I ask you to give me plain banana.” Few days ago, Janhvi baked a carrot cake which also faced rejection by Khushi. After she had a spoon of it, she seemed to approve of it but on being asked to have more of it by Janhvi, she went on to say. “I don’t like it.”
Janhvi also recently featured on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar. Khushi took the photos at their house. Janhvi is among the first stars to feature on Harper Bazaar’s digital covers. The cover picture shows Janhvi in a bedroom holding their dog, Panda, in her arms. It’s a happy picture where Panda’s tongue is stuck out and Janhvi flashes a smile cuddling the doggo. Janhvi shared the cover photo on Instagram and captioned it. “I like to tell myself that Panda likes me more than it seems like in this photo.”
More photos from the shoot include her eating ice cream in a floral satin night-wear and hugging Panda for pics in an all-white outfit. She decided to sport a no-makeup look for the shoot.
Janhvi completed the shoot for Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl. She plays the titular role in the film. She will also feature with co-star Rajkummar Rao in Roohi Afzana, in Dostana 2 with Kartik Aaryan
and in Karan Johar’s Takht.
