The custody arrangement reveals that Everly, their daughter, will split her time between parents. Her weeks and weekends will be alternatively split between the parents. Us Weekly has revealed that the two will be relying on the use of an app called OuFamilyWizard to co-parent their daughter. This app has received a lot of support as being effective in co-parenting. The app helps to organise the schedule of the child, along with managing eating habits, expenses, daily routine etc.
The app serves as a communication channel between the parents. Any message shared on the app cannot get deleted or retracted. Issues related to spending birthdays and holidays have all discussed as part of their custody agreement. The documents state. "Unless the parties agree to spend time on the minor child's birthday together for a joint celebration, each party shall entitled to spend time with the minor child on her birthday every year.” It added. “The parties shall use their best efforts to include the other parent in any planned birthday party for the minor child.”
According to the legal documents obtained by TMZ, Channing and Jenna will share joint custody "pursuant to a 2-2-5" parenting schedule. The schedule goes like this. The mom will get Everly from Monday through Wednesday, and the Dad will get her Wednesday through Friday. The couple then alternates weekends to take care of her. Channing is currently in a relationship with Jessie J. While the app helps in managing the schedule of the child, Jenna has another schedule to manage on her own. Jenna Dewan and Steve Kazee announced a few months back that they are expecting a child.
