Joker will stream Online on Amazon Prime Video from April 20

During the lockdown all over the world, the new arrivals on multiple streaming platforms are keeping the movie lovers entertained. Every day, one or the other new movie or TV show releases online and there is a lot of content available to stream now. Interestingly, Amazon Prime Video is coming up with the release of a lot of new movies and TV shows in different languages. Right now, the movie lovers are waiting for the release of Joker on Amazon Prime Video. Joker starts the online Streaming from the 20th of this month and the fans are ready to celebrate the film all over once again.

 

Touted to be a psychological thriller, the film is directed and produced by Todd Phillips, who co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Silver. The film is based on DC Comics characters, stars Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker. Robert De Niro, Zazie Beetz, Frances Conroy, Brett Cullen, Glenn Fleshler, Bill Camp, Shea Whigham, and Marc Maron appear in supporting roles. Joker was produced by Warner Bros. Pictures, DC Films, and Joint Effort, in association with Bron Creative and Village Roadshow Pictures, and distributed by Warner Bros.

 

The movie achieved a lot of records and awards. At the 92nd Academy Awards, the film earned 11 nominations. The film won Best Actor for Phoenix and Best Original Score for Hildur Guðnadóttir. The movie released in October last year. With the film's digital release round the corner, Amazon Prime Video is teasing the fans with tweets, from time to time.
