During a press conference, the actor also praised Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Ayan Mukerji, and others who were in attendance.
The superstar concluded by discussing the pressures on actors and filmmakers in the current climate, in which big movies are failing at the box office. He stated, "Let us begin to celebrate films as well. The audience expects more than what we are currently providing. Personally, I believe that when we are under pressure, we perform better. So the pressure is good; I believe the industry as a whole must accept this challenge and produce good, better films for our audience. And I hope everyone understands that I am not criticizing anyone here. Let us take up the challenge. Let us move forward and make great films for the general public."
