The actors began their film’s shoot today and took to social media to share a photo from their script reading sessions.
Juhi shared a couple of pictures that she captioned, “Wishing 'SHARMAJI NAMKEEN ' all the very very best, as shooting starts to roll !! May it be one of the most charming films of 2020!!” Set in Delhi, the movie will be directed by debutante Hitesh Bhatia, who has also co-written the film with Supratik Sen.
This will be Rishi’s first film since his year-long hiatus to seek treatment for cancer. The actor left for New York last year to undergo treatment for cancer. He spent 11 months in New York to fully recover before returning home.
