Kangana Ranaut extended her support to FEFSI and the daily wage workers after a long wait and everyone almost got tired expecting an announcement from her.

As there is no vaccine for it as of now, all the countries have no other option but to announce lockdown. Thus, most of the countries got lockdown and many industries got shut down. Workers who are dependent on daily wages don't have any income source now. Thus, many celebrities and industrialists are coming forward to help these daily wage workers. Now, Kangana Ranaut has joined the list. The actress has announced a donation of Rs 5 lakhs each to the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI) and the daily wage workers of her upcoming film Thalaivi.
We are already aware that Kangana is currently acting in the film Thalaivi. This is the biopic of former actress and ex-Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Jayalalitha. Kangana underwent a massive physical transformation for this film. She is giving her best to make this film a memorable one in her career. As the movie is close to her heart, Kangana has decided to help the film's team members who are suffering from a lack of income these days. Apart from Kangana, many other South Indian actors have also donated towards the welfare of FEFSI.
Thalaivi is being directed by AL Vijay. It features Aravind Swamy in the role of MG Ramachandran and Prakash Raj in the role of Karunanidhi. Vishnu Induri is bankrolling this film.
