Producer Karim Morani's daughters have finally gotten out of the hospital in Mumbai after testing negative twice for Coronavirus in under 24 hours. The two girls, Shaza and Zoa were quarantined in separate hospitals after testing positive a few weeks ago. Shaza contracted the virus while returning from her trip to Sri Lanka and Zoa while she returned from Rajasthan.
Zoa immediately took to the media to thank her doctors for their intense care during her time in quarantine. In an interview to PTI, she said, "I am extremely grateful to the doctors, nurses and hospital staff who took care of my health and my spirits every day. You will be in my prayers forever. No words can describe how does it feel to be home. I'm so grateful, God is great."
The actress also expressed her gratitude to the government for their commendable and fast action for those who have contracted the deadly virus.
"Thank you to the media for being so sensitive and warm and also for all the wishes and prayers we received through social media. It truly felt like we were in this together. Please stay safe and follow all the rules as a lot of people out there are putting their life at risk to protect us! Let's help them," she added.
Zoa and Shaza will still remain in isolation at home for precautionary measures. Karim Morani who was the producer of Chennai Express also contracted the virus. Morani is still in quarantine and going to remain until he is confirmed negative at least twice in a period of 24 hours.
