The 35-year-old American singer and pop star Katy Perry is pregnant with a baby singer. The celebrity singer shared a picture of her husband Orlando Bloom and simply captioned the post writing, "It's a girl." In the picture, Orlando has his face smeared up with some sort of frosting that is pink and Creamish in color. The pictures reveal that Katy Perry and Orlando bloom got to celebrate a gender reveal party even in isolation.
The singer has spent most of her last few weeks isolated in her home. This is to ensure that the Coronavirus pandemic does not affect Perry herself. With the news about the baby girl, Perry has even more reasons to take care of her health. On the work front, Perry has avoided any immediate future projects as she wants to spend time in isolation while taking care of her health.
Perry's fiance Orlando Bloom, on the other hand, is also currently at home. Bloom was shooting for his upcoming show Carnival Row in Australia before they suddenly had to close down future shooting. There isn't any news about when the show will resume shooting. However, if things go right the show will resume shooting as soon as the threat of the novel COVID-19 virus minimizes.
The show American idol, where Katty Perry is a judge has also halted all of its shooting. An official statement read, "As we continue to monitor advice from federal and local agencies, it seems unlikely we are going to be able to make it back into the studio for this season of American Idol."
